When played, a multi-Disciplines card counts as requiring the Discipline(s) being used. In the hand, library, or ash heap, the card is considered to require any and/or all Disciplines listed on it. [LSJ 20011204-3] [PIB 20130704]

If the action is unblocked when it resolves and the target is unlocked, the action "fizzles" (cost, if any, is paid, and it is considered successful, but has no effect). [ANK 20210124] [LSJ 20070411] [LSJ 20090514]
