Bujo 适合能够通过公投、并预期对手会将有用的政治行动牌放入灰堆的 Ravnos 投票套牌。它无需费用，提供 +1 潜行和 +3 票，是再次使用对手的公投的有力手段；但如果没有合适的牌可选，它就毫无作用，而且你的 Ravnos 仍须满足该牌的条件。作为套牌的核心政治行动，**Kine Resources Contested** 等可靠的牌通常更好，因为你无需等待对手就能打出它们；Bujo 更适合作为灵活的补充，而非替代品。如果对局环境中政治行动很多，我会放入一两张；如果对手很少打出政治行动，我就不会放入它。

The chosen action card does not provide its +1 Vote, since it was not played to call the Referendum. Another Political Action card can be discarded by the acting mehtuselah to gain +1 vote. [LSJ 20080219]
