SchreckNET

About SchreckNET

SchreckNET, Action, designed by Erica Danell first released in april 2009 in the set 2009 Tournament / Storyline promo.

SchreckNET best fits a political Nosferatu or vote-toolbox deck built around a capacity-6-or-more Nosferatu that can act at stealth and regularly pass referenda, since its free, unique permanent effect provides recurring hand information and helps identify reactions, bounce, votes, and combat cards; however, it is slow because it consumes an action, only works after the vampire unlocks, locks itself to use, and depends on successful referenda, so it is generally weaker than more immediately useful political cards such as **Bewitching Oration**, **Aire of Elation**, or **Kine Resources Contested** when the deck’s main goal is winning votes or gaining pool. It should see play only as a one-copy metagame or utility inclusion in a dedicated high-capacity Nosferatu political deck—especially in a table where hand knowledge is valuable—but it is not strong enough for most Nosferatu decks or for competitive lists that need every action to produce immediate pressure.
