About Procurer
Procurer, Ally, designed by Roel Wielinga first released in februari 2005 in the set Kindred Most Wanted and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
Procurer fits a deck with blood-hungry vampires that can spare an ally action each turn, especially one that needs to refill a particular vampire without making that vampire hunt. Its +2 stealth makes the refill fairly reliable, but gaining just 1 blood per action is slow for a 2-pool ally that can be removed easily. A clan-appropriate **Hunting Ground** is usually a better source of repeatable blood because it doesn’t use an action; **Giant’s Blood** is better when you need a large refill at once. I’d consider Procurer for a niche deck that particularly values its flexible targeting and stealth, but it generally shouldn’t be a default inclusion.
