About Mark V
Mark V, Equipment, designed by Jeff Holt first released in december 2001 in the set Bloodlines and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
Mark V fits a **long-range gun combat deck** that can reliably maneuver to long range and wants a hard-hitting strike for just 2 pool. Its main weakness is that it does nothing at close range and can fire only once per round, so it is a poor fit for decks built around additional strikes. **.44 Magnum** is usually the better all-purpose gun: it deals less damage, but its maneuver helps put you at the range you need without relying on another card. Mark V is worth playing if your deck already has dependable range control and values the 4 damage; otherwise, I would use a more flexible weapon.
