Lesser Boon, Master, designed by Brian LeBlanc first released in september 2007 in the set Lords of the Night.

Lesser Boon mainly benefits a wall deck that occasionally needs to let an action through—especially one whose minions are likely to block the same opposing minion again—because it can turn a successful block into an unblock while discouraging that minion from blocking yours. It’s a narrow, situational defensive tool, not a generally strong inclusion: it costs no pool, but uses a master out-of-turn opportunity and its benefit expires if the acting minion blocks again or its controller drops below 6 pool. I wouldn’t treat another card as a direct upgrade; if your goal is simply to let an action pass, cards such as Delaying Tactics are more reliable in the situations they cover, while combat or stealth-interaction cards are usually better for a deck that wants to contest blocks. Play Lesser Boon only if your deck has room for a situational master and can exploit the temporary restriction; otherwise, it’s probably not worth a slot.
