About Humanitas
Humanitas, Master, designed by Stuart Beel first released in mei 1996 in the set Ancient Hearts and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
Humanitas fits a **rescue-focused deck** that expects its vampires to spend actions pulling allies out of torpor, especially when those actions may be blocked. It is much less attractive in a typical combat deck: the benefit is narrow, it uses a master card slot, and its bearer cannot diablerize. There is no strict replacement, but **Lost in Crowds** is more flexible if you mainly need stealth, while **Giant’s Blood** is stronger if you mainly need blood recovery. I would play Humanitas only if rescuing vampires is a recurring part of the deck’s plan; otherwise, it should rarely make the cut.
