Goratrix (G2), Vampire, designed by Christopher Shy first released in juni 2001 in the set Final Nights.
Goratrix (G2) fits a **star-vampire combat deck** that uses his built-in ranged strike to drain opposing vampires while his +1 bleed keeps pressure on your prey. He is particularly attractive if the deck can protect a large investment and make repeated use of his strike. There is no strictly better replacement: **Theft of Vitae** can provide a similar blood-stealing strike to cheaper vampires, but it costs a card each time, whereas Goratrix’s ability does not. For a deck focused purely on bleeding, cheaper vampires will usually be more efficient than a 10-capacity star. **He should see play in a deck built to exploit both his combat ability and bleed bonus, but not as a default choice for every Tremere antitribu deck.**
