Foldable Machine Gun would mainly benefit a dedicated gun-combat deck—especially one using Celerity for additional strikes, aiming to stay at long range, and wanting a relatively cheap weapon that can eventually maneuver and fire twice—but its 1R damage, 2-pool cost, first-round maneuver restriction, and requirement to strike before gaining the extra strike make it too inefficient for most builds; `.44 Magnum` is generally better as a cheap gun because it offers stronger damage, while `Assault Rifle` or `Machine Gun` is better for dedicated gun decks because those weapons provide more reliable ranged damage and/or additional-strike value, and `Sniper Rifle` is better for decks focused on controlling range rather than repeated strikes.
