About 419 Operation
419 Operation, Action, designed by Avery Butterworth first released in mei 2009 in the set Ebony Kingdom.
419 Operation fits a slow, defensive Osebo deck that can protect its pool and keep its prey from holding the Edge. Its zero cost and +1 stealth make it easy to put into play, but it takes multiple unlock phases to pay off, and a prey who gets the Edge can reclaim the counters and burn it. For most decks, a direct bleed action is better: **Computer Hacking** gives any vampire an immediate +1 bleed, while **Govern the Unaligned** is much stronger if the deck has Dominate. I’d treat 419 Operation as an occasional card for a dedicated attrition strategy, not a staple; most Osebo decks should spend that action pressuring their prey more directly.
