Resurrectionは、特にNephandiなどの使い捨て可能な高インパクトのallyを使用する、Obeahを基盤としたSalubri antitribu allyデッキで主に有効である。上位の[OBE]効果によって、焼かれたallyをアンロック状態で直接場に戻せるためである。また、allyを繰り返し失うValeren toolboxデッキや、価値の高いretainerに依存するvampireデッキでも有用だが、それらの用途では説得力がやや落ちる。その制限は重大である。アクションを必要とし、前の自分のターン以降にallyまたはretainerが場から焼かれていなければならず、即座にallyを回収できるのは上位版だけである一方、基本版は比較的遅いか用途が狭い。継続的なデッキ再利用のためのAshur Tabletsのような幅広い再帰・回収手段や、デッキが対応できる場合の専用ally再帰カードと比べると、一般的には劣るが、ash heapから即座に、繰り返し再帰できるという独自の価値がある。専用のObeah allyデッキか、再帰に特化したtoolboxでのみ採用すべきであり、通常のstealth-action、Valeren、またはretainerデッキでは、条件付きのアクションはスロットを割くには非効率すぎる。
