Public Vilificationは、採決を安定して可決できる**称号を持つヴァンパイアを使うSabbatの投票デッキ**に適している. 相手のより若いヴァンパイアを弱体化させながら自分のヴァンパイアの血を補充でき、特にその血を使ってアクションや戦闘を続けられる場合に有効だ. 相手の血が少ない場合や、自分の投票者より若くないヴァンパイアが大半を占める場合は、あまり役に立たない. 明確な上位互換はない: 自分のヴァンパイアに血を加えたいだけなら、通常は**Consanguineous Boon**のほうがよい. 投票デッキの優先事項が相手のプールを減らすことなら、通常は**Kine Resources Contested**のほうがよい. 狙った相手から血を奪って自分のヴァンパイアに与えることが戦略に合うなら、Public Vilificationを1～2枚採用する価値はあるが、定番カードとして扱ったり、このカードを軸にデッキを組んだりはしないだろう.
