Open Dossier, リアクション, によって設計された Becky Jollensten で最初にリリースされた 2007年9月 編集中 Lords of the Night.
Open Dossierは、**契約対象をブロックして戦う**ことを狙う、契約を重視したAssamite/Banu Haqimデッキに適している。特に、戦闘で間合いを選べることが役立つ構成なら有効だ。+2インターセプト、任意で得られるマニューバ、ロック状態でも使用できる点は、その状況では強力だが、行動中のミニオンに対する契約で自分のヴァンパイアが選ばれていなければ何もできない。Auspexを使えるデッキなら、**Eyes of Argus**のほうが一般に優れた、より柔軟なリアクションだ。使用できるプリンスやジュスティカールにとっては、**Second Tradition: Domain**のほうが強力だ。契約がデッキの中心なら、Open Dossierを少数採用するのはよいだろう。ただし、定番カードとして、あるいは唯一のインターセプト手段としては使わないほうがよい。
