Charming Lobby si adatta meglio a un mazzo dedicato ai voti di Presence, in particolare a un mazzo basato su una “catena di voti” o su più azioni, che può chiamare un primo referendum importante e poi seguirlo immediatamente con un altro referendum usando un secondo vampiro, perché il primo voto riuscito fa passare automaticamente quel referendum successivo; è inoltre interessante per i mazzi costruiti attorno ad azioni politiche potenti o utilizzabili una volta per partita, poiché trasforma di fatto una carta in mano in un tentativo di voto senza rischiare l'esito del secondo voto. Tuttavia, è rischiosa nei mazzi più lenti o basati sulla politica del tavolo, perché il referendum successivo di un avversario può beneficiare del passaggio automatico, e la carta stessa non fornisce voti oltre ai +2 della versione superiore nel primo referendum.
