Charming Lobby, Acción, diseñada por Heather Hudson, Steve Prescott lanzado por primera vez en agosto de 1994 en edición Jyhad y fue impreso exactamente en 5 diferentes formas.
Charming Lobby encaja mejor en un mazo dedicado de votos de Presencia, especialmente un mazo de “cadena de votos” o de múltiples acciones que pueda convocar un referéndum fuerte y luego seguir inmediatamente con otro referéndum usando un segundo vampiro, porque el primer voto exitoso hace que ese siguiente referéndum se apruebe automáticamente; también resulta atractivo para mazos basados en acciones políticas poderosas o de una vez por partida, ya que convierte eficazmente una carta en la mano en un intento de voto sin arriesgar el resultado del segundo voto. Sin embargo, es arriesgado en mazos más lentos o de política de mesa porque el siguiente referéndum de cualquier oponente puede aprovechar la aprobación automática, y la propia carta no proporciona votos más allá de los +2 superiores en el primer referéndum. En la mayoría de los mazos competitivos de votos, Bewitching Oration suele ser mejor como inclusión principal porque es una carta gratuita y reutilizable para aumentar votos,
