About Tom (G2)
Tom (G2), Vampire, designed by Lawrence Snelly first released in December 2001 in the set Bloodlines.
Tom (G2) fits a budget Chicago Circle Blood Brothers deck that needs another cheap circle member but uses few Sanguinus cards. His extra blood cost makes him a poor choice for a Sanguinus-heavy deck, and Sterile gives him no compensating benefit. If you only need a cheap vampire rather than another Chicago Circle member, **Anarch Convert** is generally a better utility choice, though it cannot replace Tom in cards that require the circle. Tom is playable as a niche crypt filler, but I would not make him a priority inclusion.
