About Sacrifice
Sacrifice, Political action, designed by Clint Langley first released in October 1996 in the set Sabbat and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
Sacrifice fits a Sabbat vote deck built around vampires with capacity 8 or more, especially if your local games often feature smaller vampires of the same clan. Otherwise, it is too narrow: you need a suitable target *and* enough votes to pass the referendum. Banishment is usually the better removal vote because it can target a younger vampire regardless of clan, though it sends that vampire to the uncontrolled region rather than burning it. I would leave Sacrifice out of most decks and consider it only as a niche answer to a clan-heavy metagame.
