About Privileged Position
Privileged Position, Master, designed by Kim Aldau first released in October 2025 in the set Sabbat V5.
Privileged Position is best suited to a dedicated Path of Power and the Inner Voice political deck that reliably keeps at least two qualifying vampires ready and passes referendums: it converts a successful vote into an extra point of damage to your prey without costing pool or an additional action. Its main drawbacks are the narrow requirement, competition for your master phase action, and limited output—normally only 1 pool per turn, regardless of how many referendums you pass, unless you can unlock it again. For stronger immediate political damage, **Kine Resources Contested** and **Conservative Agitation** generally have a greater impact, though they are political actions rather than direct replacements for this master; **Parity Shift** can offer a much larger pool swing if your deck meets its title and pool requirements. **Anarch Revolt** is an alternative master for ongoing pool pressure, but it is not strictly better: it can hurt you, opponents with ready Anarchs avoid its damag
