About Loup
Loup, Action modifier, designed by Raquel Cornejo first released in July 2024 in the set Thirtieth Anniversary.
Loup fits a Toreador deck that needs one important action to get through each turn—especially a political deck or a deck built around a key pool-gaining action. Its zero cost and lack of a discipline requirement are appealing, but it only lasts until the first successful Toreador action, and you can play only one per turn. If your vampires have Obfuscate, **Lost in Crowds** is generally a better stealth card; with the Toreador’s usual Presence, **Seduction** can be stronger when one particular vampire is likely to block. I’d consider Loup as a one- or two-copy option in a Toreador deck short on other ways to get actions through, not as a staple.
