About Confusion
Confusion, Action modifier, designed by Gary Leach first released in October 1996 in the set Sabbat and was printed exactly in 5 different ways.
Confusion fits a Dementation stealth-bleed deck, especially one using Kindred Spirits: at superior Dementation, it adds both a bleed and a stealth for no cost, helping the bleed land without spending another card. It is less compelling at inferior Dementation, where it provides only +1 bleed. Conditioning is stronger if your vampires also have Dominate and you want maximum bleed, but it costs blood and does not provide stealth, so it is not a straight upgrade. I would play Confusion in a deck with plenty of superior Dementation, particularly if blocks are a concern; in a deck built purely for larger bleeds, I would favor stronger bleed modifiers instead.
