About Tabriz Assembly
Tabriz Assembly, Master, designed by William O'Connor first released in December 2001 in the set Bloodlines and was printed exactly in 3 different ways.
Tabriz Assembly is best in a dedicated True Brujah deck—especially a vote or toolbox deck—where the extra hand size improves card flow, the recurring blood gain helps sustain expensive vampires, and the built-in referendum can be used either as a political weapon or as a costly way for opponents to remove it; it is particularly attractive when you control several True Brujah and can defend it with votes. However, it competes for a master-card slot and provides no immediate pool or blood, so it is usually weaker than broadly useful alternatives such as Dreams of the Sphinx for hand size and flexibility, The Rack for reliable blood gain, or The Parthenon in a master-heavy strategy. It should see play as a one-copy, themed inclusion in True Brujah vote/toolbox decks, but it is not an automatic staple and is generally not worth including in generic decks or True Brujah builds that do not exploit its blood gain and political text.

The fact it is Unique has no bearing on the burn option. You cannot use the burn option if you meet the requirement, even if you already have a copy of the card in play. [LSJ 20100203-2]
