About Closed Session
Closed Session, Action modifier, designed by Harold Arthur McNeill, Ginés Quiñonero-Santia first released in December 1995 in the set Dark Sovereigns and was printed exactly in 4 different ways.
Closed Session is best in a **Camarilla political deck** built around princes, justicars or Inner Circle members, especially if your opponents rely on Sabbat, anarch or independent vampires to win referendums. It can shut out a large bloc of opposing votes at no cost, but it does nothing against Camarilla voters or votes from non-vampire sources. **Awe** and **Bewitching Oration** are generally more flexible choices for a deck with Presence because they add votes regardless of the opponent’s sect; they are not strictly better, though, when Closed Session can silence several voters at once. It’s worth playing as a small number of copies if your local games feature non-Camarilla vote decks, but it is not an automatic inclusion.
