About Fleetness
Fleetness, Action, designed by John Bridges first released in May 2018 in the set Keepers of Tradition Reprint and was printed exactly in 3 different ways.
Fleetness best fits a **Celerity combat deck** that wants to attack locked minions but can occasionally use the same card for a stealthy bleed. It is less attractive in a dedicated bleed deck: its bleed has no bonus, and the card costs a blood. For combat, **Bum’s Rush** is generally a better choice when you need broader target selection; if your vampires also have Animalism, **Deep Song** is a stronger bleed-or-combat option. Fleetness should see **occasional play as a flexible card**, especially if the optional maneuver helps your combat package, but I would not make it a staple.

[CEL]If the action is unblocked when it resolves and the target is unlocked, the action "fizzles" (cost, if any, is paid, and it is considered successful, but has no effect). [ANK 20210124] [LSJ 20070411] [LSJ 20090514]
