About Draba
Draba, Action/reaction, designed by Brian LeBlanc first released in June 2001 in the set Final Nights and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
Draba is best suited to decks that can spare an action and want repeatable, targeted stealth control—especially intercept or combat decks that need to block stealthy actions, or decks with [chi] vampires that can use its reaction; the action mode is weaker because it costs an action and only counters stealth, not later stealth increases. Its closest alternatives are reactions such as Telepathic Misdirection or Eyes of Argus, which can provide broader defensive value, while direct intercept and action denial are often more reliable; there is no universally better card, but those options usually earn deck slots more readily. Draba is playable as a niche, low-cost tech choice when your deck has [chi], can use both modes, and regularly faces stealth-heavy decks, but it is generally not an automatic inclusion or a strong standalone reason to build around it.

Sequencing rules apply. You must gain the impulse to be able to use the reaction, or use the effect (whichever is applicable). Other Methuselahs must declare block attempts (or not) and pass the impulse to you as normal. [ANK 20200607]
