Wind Dance, Combat, designed by William O'Connor first released in December 2002 in the set 2003 Tournament promo and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.

Wind Dance mainly benefits Thaumaturgy combat or toolbox decks that use vampires with `tha`, especially defensive builds that need to survive opposing rushes, prevent unfavorable strikes, or escape combat while preserving key vampires; its zero blood cost is attractive, and superior Thaumaturgy can dodge two strikes, though the limitation prevents repeated use. It is generally worse than broader defensive options such as `Dodge` only when you lack Thaumaturgy, while in a Thaumaturgy deck it is usually better than `Dodge` because it offers the same basic effect plus the superior additional dodge, but cards such as `Rego Motum`, `Theft of Vitae`, or reliable presses and damage prevention may contribute more to a proactive combat plan. It should see play as a small defensive package in Thaumaturgy toolbox or defensive combat decks, but not as a central card in dedicated rush combat decks, where dodging often wastes combat opportunities and discipline slots compared with winning through da
