About Tithings
Tithings, Political action, designed by James Allen Higgins first released in October 1996 in the set Sabbat and was printed exactly in 3 different ways.
Tithings best fits a Sabbat “big-cap” political deck—especially one built around several capacity 7+ vampires, titled vampires, and vote support—because it can generate two or three pool swings for no blood when opposing decks rely on small vampires; however, its payoff is highly dependent on the table and it is completely blank against Methuselahs who control a vampire above 6 capacity. In most decks, more reliable political actions such as `Kine Resources Contested`, `Conservative Agitation`, or `Ancient Influence` are better because they pressure or gain resources without requiring opponents to meet a particular crypt condition, while `Tithings` is mainly attractive in a dedicated high-cap Sabbat vote deck or a metagame dominated by swarm and weenie decks. It can see play as a low-cost supplementary vote, but it should not replace stronger, more consistently useful political actions and is generally not worth including unless your deck can reliably pass referenda and expects several
