About Striga
Striga, Master, designed by Justin Norman first released in February 2010 in the set Heirs to the Blood.
Striga primarily benefits infernal vampires who lack access to Striga, especially decks that can exploit several Striga-requiring cards; it is a trifle, so it can be played without spending a master phase action, but it also takes a master slot and only grants access while the vampire remains infernal. Whether that is worthwhile depends on the specific cards and vampire: there is no universally better replacement that grants Striga, so compare the payoff against simply building around vampires who already have the needed discipline or using other discipline-granting options where available. I’d include it only in a focused infernal deck with enough useful Striga cards to justify the slot; otherwise, it is too narrow to see play.
