About Mithras (G3)
Mithras (G3), Vampire, designed by Ginés Quiñonero-Santiago first released in February 2015 in the set 2015 Storyline Rewards and was printed exactly in 3 different ways.
Mithras (G3) fits a high-capacity Ventrue vote-and-bleed deck: his votes support political actions, his +2 bleed applies pressure, and his ability can cancel a key reaction—especially a bounce card—played by a younger vampire. The trade-off is substantial: 11 pool is a large investment, and burning 2 blood for each cancellation limits how often he can use it without replenishment. Arika is a strong alternative if you mainly want an 11-capacity Ventrue for votes and bleeding; Mithras is more attractive when protecting important actions from reactions is the deck’s priority. He should see play in a deck built to exploit that protection, but I would not treat him as an automatic inclusion in every Ventrue deck.

If the canceled card had a "do not replace until" clause (or alternate replacement like {Steely Tenacity}), that clause is canceled as well and the card is replaced normally. [LSJ 20080630] [LSJ 20011023]
