Media Influence fits a **Presence-heavy deck with several vampires in play**, especially one that spends blood on combat or other effects: at superior Presence, it can refill multiple unlocked vampires at once, while its inferior effect gives you a +2 bleed when you need to pressure your prey. The catch is that the acting vampire normally locks to take the action, so it usually won’t receive the blood; the card is much less efficient when you have only one or two vampires to refill. **Govern the Unaligned** is generally a stronger choice for a deck with Dominate that wants a +2 bleed and long-term development, while **Voter Captivation** can provide better returns in a successful political-action deck. Media Influence should see play in a Presence deck that can regularly benefit from its superior effect, but it is a situational choice rather than an automatic inclusion.
