About Mark (G2)

Mark (G2), Vampire, designed by Lawrence Snelly first released in December 2001 in the set Bloodlines.

Mark (G2) fits a group 2 Torrance Circle Blood Brothers deck that wants to block bleeds, then use its combat package to punish the acting minion. His built-in +1 intercept is useful, but it applies only to bleed actions; Sterile also means you cannot build more vampires from him. If bleed defense is your main goal rather than the Torrance Circle theme, a cheaper vampire with a Sport Bike can provide the same +1 intercept against bleeds, though it takes an equipment action to set up, so there is no simple one-for-one upgrade. Mark is worth playing if you need another Torrance Circle member and expect plenty of bleeds, but I would not make him the centerpiece of a deck or include him solely for that intercept.
