Laptop Computer fits a deck with minions that expect to bleed repeatedly but lack reliable bleed-boosting disciplines: its +1 bleed pays off over several turns, especially if those minions can get their bleeds through. It is less attractive in fast bleed decks, where spending an action and 1 pool to equip delays your first big bleed; a card such as Computer Hacking gives an immediate bleed boost without that setup, while Dominate decks generally have stronger options in Govern the Unaligned and Conditioning. I would play Laptop Computer selectively in a slower, repeat-bleed deck, not as a default inclusion.
