About Julius (G2)
Julius (G2), Vampire, designed by Alan Rabinowitz first released in May 1996 in the set Ancient Hearts and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
Julius (G2) fits a low-cost weenie swarm deck that needs another 1-capacity vampire for basic actions or bleeds and can afford to lose him. His text is a drawback: if he would go to torpor, he burns instead, so you cannot rescue him. In an Anarch swarm, **Anarch Convert** is a better choice because it advances the deck’s strategy; in other decks, a similarly cheap vampire with a useful clan, discipline, or special ability will usually offer more. Julius is playable as crypt filler if your deck specifically needs a Camarilla Caitiff, but he should rarely be a first-choice inclusion.
