Gemini (G3)

About Gemini (G3)

Gemini (G3), Vampire, designed by Christopher Shy first released in August 2002 in the set Camarilla Edition and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.

Gemini fits a defensive Nosferatu deck that wants to delay its prey’s influence—especially if that prey relies on bringing out expensive vampires—while it builds a board or prepares an oust. The drawback is substantial: Gemini removes blood from an uncontrolled minion, but **gives that blood back to your prey as pool**, so the ability can make your prey harder to oust and does nothing once their uncontrolled vampires have no blood. For a Nosferatu combat deck, **Fame** is generally a better use of a slot because it can turn putting a vampire into torpor into actual pool damage. I’d play Gemini only if its disciplines and capacity already suit the crypt and your deck specifically benefits from delaying influence; I wouldn’t include it for this ability alone.
