About Forced March
Forced March, Action modifier, designed by Steve Ellis first released in February 2005 in the set Kindred Most Wanted and was printed exactly in 4 different ways.
Forced March belongs in a **multi-action deck with vampires that have both Celerity and Fortitude**—especially one that wants to bleed, call votes, or take other important actions and then act again. At inferior, it gives a free unlock after a successful action; at superior, the +1 stealth helps the action succeed, with the option to spend 1 blood to unlock afterward. **Freak Drive** is the main alternative and is generally the better, more flexible choice when your vampires have Fortitude but not both disciplines. If your key vampires do have both, Forced March is worth playing alongside it rather than replacing it outright, though the one-per-vampire-per-turn limit and blood cost at superior argue against loading up on too many copies.

Can be used to unlock if the action is successful, even if it has no effect due to lack of a suitable target. [LSJ 20070411]

The after action resolution effect can be used if the action "fizzles" (is unblocked at resolution, but has no effect because some requirement cannot be met or cost can't be paid in full). [ANK 20220218]

The burn blood effect is not reduced by effects that reduce the cost of the card (eg. {Adana de Sforza}). [ANK 20210226]

[cel][for] Is played after resolution, but still during the action. Action modifiers and effects that can be played "after resolution" can be played before or after it. [LSJ 19981028] [ANK 20190425]
