Perth is best in an Anarch political or vote deck that includes several capacity-5-or-more Anarchs, since it provides a free, stealthy action for a valuable two-vote Baron title and helps your Anarchs contest other titled vampires; it is particularly useful alongside vote-push and political-action packages such as Kine Resources Contested, Reckless Agitation, and Anarchist Uprising. There is no generally superior generic card that grants an Anarch title, although other regional Fee Stake cards may be better if their Baron title or local metagame is more relevant, while non-title tools such as Anarch Free Press can offer broader support.
