About Ember Wright (G3)
Ember Wright (G3), Vampire, designed by Andrew Trabbold first released in November 2003 in the set Black Hand and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
Ember Wright is only useful in a very low-capacity Tremere antitribu or Sabbat weenie deck that needs an inexpensive vampire to improve crypt density, provide an additional body, or enable early votes, bleeds, and blocking; however, with no special ability and only minimal capacity, it offers little strategic value beyond being cheap clan support. In most decks, stronger small Tremere antitribu such as Aisling Sturbridge, Caliban, or Bishop Malachi are preferable because they provide superior disciplines, capacity, or useful abilities, while a larger crypt vampire with stronger Thaumaturgy access will usually contribute more to a focused strategy. Ember Wright should generally not see competitive play unless the deck specifically requires several three-capacity Tremere antitribu vampires for a narrow crypt requirement; even then, it is usually a filler choice rather than a card worth prioritizing.
