About Dragos (G2)
Dragos (G2), Vampire, designed by Mark Tedin first released in October 1996 in the set Sabbat and was printed exactly in 3 different ways.
Dragos fits a **Group 2 Tzimisce combat deck** built around costly Vicissitude combat cards: his ability lets him keep playing cards such as Breath of the Dragon without draining the blood he needs to stay in fights. He is less appealing in a combat package built mostly from free cards, where his seven-pool cost buys little advantage; a cheaper vampire with the disciplines you need may be the better choice, though there is no universally better replacement for his specific ability. He should see play when your deck expects him to enter combat repeatedly and save several blood over the game, but I would not include him just as a general-purpose Tzimisce vampire.

A "burn blood" effect on a combat card (eg. {Chiropteran Marauder}) is not a card cost, but an effect cost, and is thus unaffected by his ability. [LSJ 20090107] [LSJ 20070829-3]
