About Changeling
Changeling, Action modifier, designed by Jeff Miracola first released in October 1996 in the set Sabbat and was printed exactly in 5 different ways.
Changeling fits a **VIC-heavy Tzimisce stealth-bleed deck**, especially one whose vampires also need stealth for non-bleed actions. It is flexible and free: at basic Vicissitude it adds a modest +1 bleed, while at superior it helps an action get through. It is not generally the strongest card at either job—**Conditioning** provides more bleed if you have Dominate, and **Lost in Crowds** provides more stealth if you have superior Obfuscate—but those cards require different disciplines. Changeling should see play when superior Vicissitude is common in your crypt and you value that flexibility; otherwise, use cards that better support your deck’s main plan.
