Capitalist, Master, designed by Aaron Voss first released in November 2003 in the set Black Hand and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.

Capitalist is best in a dedicated Sabbat stealth-bleed or bleed-heavy deck whose vampires make frequent successful bleeds and need to replenish blood for bleed modifiers, combat defense, or additional actions—Lasombra, !Malkavian, !Tremere, and similar strategies can make especially good use of it. However, it is generally a marginal card: it only works on Sabbat vampires, requires the bleed to succeed, affects just one vampire, and consumes a master phase slot for a relatively small resource gain. There is no direct replacement that provides exactly the same effect, but cards such as Vessel or Blood Doll are usually better for overall pool and blood management, while bleed decks typically gain more from master cards that improve stealth, action economy, or consistency. Capitalist can be worthwhile in a focused deck with repeated bleeds and spare master slots, but it should not generally see play in competitive lists unless the deck specifically exploits its blood-generation ability.
