About Absolute Tyranny
Absolute Tyranny, Action modifier/reaction, designed by Cos Koniotis first released in October 2025 in the set Sabbat V5.
**Absolute Tyranny fits a political deck built around titled vampires with superior Potence and Presence**, especially one that puts its own voters on the Path of Power and the Inner Voice. At superior, it reduces the votes of *every* vampire not on that path—including yours—so it is best against opponents relying on several vampires for votes. In a conventional Presence vote deck, **Bewitching Oration is usually the better choice**: its +4 votes at superior Presence are more reliable and do not depend on what paths other vampires follow. Absolute Tyranny is worth playing as a niche card in a dedicated Path-based vote deck, but I would not make it a staple of a general political deck.
