About Mob Rule
Mob Rule, Action modifier/reaction, designed by Brian LeBlanc first released in May 2003 in the set Anarchs and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
Mob Rule is most useful in political or vote-defence decks with several vampires of capacity 8 or higher, since those vampires gain two votes per blood burned; capacity 5–7 vampires can also use it, but less efficiently.
