Field Training, Action, designed by Tomáš "zelgaris" Zahradníček, Ginés Quiñonero first released in January 2016 in the set Anarch Unbound and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.

Field Training fits an Anarch deck with vampires who share a key Discipline but do not all have it at superior—especially if a superior-level power is central to the deck. It is most attractive when the acting vampire can spare an action and you value the unlock, since the trainer remains available afterward. If you only need a Discipline upgrade, the corresponding Discipline master card is usually simpler and more reliable; if you only need to make a vampire Anarch, Anarch Convert is a more direct route. Neither is strictly better when you need both effects on the same vampire. I would play Field Training as a selective one- or two-copy support card in a deck built to exploit both benefits, not as the main way to fix an inconsistent crypt: it needs the right pair of ready vampires, cannot train a titled vampire, and falls off if its recipient changes sect.
