About Enforcer

Enforcer, Action, designed by Roel Wielinga first released in November 2005 in the set Legacies of Blood.

Enforcer fits an Osebo combat deck that expects the same vampires to fight repeatedly: a free, permanent +1 strength makes every subsequent hand strike more threatening, and the +1 stealth helps the setup action succeed. It is less useful in a deck focused mainly on bleeding or politics, where spending an action to improve combat may not pay off. There is no clear all-purpose replacement for Enforcer’s free, lasting bonus, but combat cards such as Immortal Grapple and Disarm can have a bigger impact in individual fights; they complement rather than directly replace it. It should see play in dedicated Osebo combat decks, usually in modest numbers, since each minion can have only one.
