About Awe

Awe, Action modifier, designed by Gary Leach first released in October 1996 in the set Sabbat and was printed exactly in 6 different ways.

Awe belongs in a **Presence political deck** that regularly calls important votes and can make X large; at superior Presence, its +2X+1 votes can overwhelm opposition without costing blood. **Bewitching Oration** is generally the more reliable choice because it provides a fixed +2 votes at basic Presence or +4 at superior, regardless of X. I’d play Awe when the deck can consistently get X to at least 2—at that point it outperforms Bewitching Oration at either level—but otherwise use the dependable vote modifier.
