Charming Lobby, Aktion, entworfen von Heather Hudson, Steve Prescott Erstveröffentlichung in August 1994 bei der Bearbeitung Jyhad und wurde genau in gedruckt 5 verschiedene Formen.
Charming Lobby eignet sich am besten für ein dediziertes Presence-Stimmendeck – besonders für ein „Stimmenketten“- oder Mehrfach-Aktionsdeck, das ein starkes erstes Referendum ausrufen und unmittelbar danach mit einem zweiten Vampir ein weiteres Referendum ausrufen kann, da das erste erfolgreiche Referendum dafür sorgt, dass das nächste automatisch erfolgreich ist; außerdem ist die Karte für Decks attraktiv, die auf mächtigen oder einmal pro Spiel einsetzbaren politischen Aktionen basieren, da sie effektiv eine Karte auf der Hand in einen Abstimmungsversuch umwandelt, ohne das Ergebnis der zweiten Abstimmung zu gefährden. In langsameren oder auf Tischpolitik ausgelegten Decks ist sie jedoch riskant, da das nächste Referendum eines beliebigen Gegners den automatischen Erfolg erhalten kann und die Karte selbst außer dem überlegenen +2 im ersten Referendum keine Stimmen bereitstellt.
