حول Protected District
Protected District, Reaction, صمم بواسطة Felipe Gaona صدر لأول مرة في نوفمبر 2020 في التحرير Fifth Edition وطبع بالضبط في 2 أشكال مختلفة.
Protected District is best in a Camarilla “Primogen council” deck—especially a Nosferatu, Tremere, or mixed-clan wall/political deck that can reliably keep several Primogen ready, exploit their titles, and use the card’s flexibility to either blunt a large bleed or swing a close referendum; it is particularly attractive in Nosferatu V5 builds, where multiple Primogen and defensive tools make both modes relevant. ([vtesinformationhighway.wordpress.com](https://vtesinformationhighway.wordpress.com/2020/09/07/nosferatu-v5/?utm_source=openai)) It is not generally better than dedicated reactions: Deflection, Telepathic Misdirection, or other bleed-bounce cards usually provide more tempo than merely reducing a bleed by 3, while Delaying Tactics is a stronger answer when your main concern is stopping a decisive political action; for vote support, dedicated vote-modification or additional-vote cards are usually more reliable. Protected District should see play as a focused 3–6-copy package in

If a minion who has gained the votes provided against the referendum, is subsequently forced to vote in favor, the provided votes are not counted when votes are tallied until that minion is again forced to vote against the referendum. [LSJ 20031115]
