Pillars Fall best fits a combat-bleed or “rush and bleed” deck that can reliably enter combat with opposing vampires and send them to torpor, especially decks built around Potence, Celerity, or combat packages that can end fights decisively; however, its payoff is modest because it requires a successful incapacitation, has no stealth, and occupies an action that could instead advance your game plan, so `Bum's Rush` is generally the better generic rush card and `Deep Song` is usually better in clans that can play it because it provides stealth and additional utility. Pillars Fall can be a fun free inclusion in a dedicated combat deck that wants extra bleed pressure after removing blockers, but it is too conditional and low-impact for most competitive decks and should generally not see play unless your deck specifically wants repeatable rush actions that also convert torporizing vampires into bleed threats.
