Mesmerize

حول Mesmerize

Mesmerize, Action, صمم بواسطة David Day صدر لأول مرة في نوفمبر 2003 في التحرير Black Hand.

Mesmerize fits a Dominate deck with relatively old vampires that can use the equipment they steal—especially in a playgroup where weapons and other valuable equipment are common. Its zero cost and built-in stealth are appealing, but it is a poor general-purpose action: at superior Dominate, the opposing vampire must be younger *and* have equipment worth taking; at inferior, it only targets allies. If your aim is simply to get equipment, **Magic of the Smith** is generally more reliable in a deck with Thaumaturgy, since it finds equipment from your library rather than depending on an opponent. If your aim is to steal allies, **Entrancement** is a more focused option in a Presence deck. **Mesmerize should see play as a niche, metagame-dependent card**, not a routine inclusion in most Dominate decks.
