Kindred Intelligence would mainly benefit a Nosferatu crypt-acceleration, swarm, or toolbox deck that wants to bring vampires out faster while preserving stealth, especially one using crypt manipulation to ensure a desirable vampire is on top; however, moving only the top crypt card makes it unreliable and spending an action for this effect is often too costly. Information Highway and Zillah’s Valley are generally better because they let you choose the vampire being moved, with Zillah’s Valley also improving that vampire’s capacity, while Govern the Unaligned is a stronger long-term transfer option when available. Kindred Intelligence should therefore see play only in a specialized Nosferatu deck built around rapid vampire deployment or top-deck manipulation; in most competitive decks, it is too narrow and inconsistent to justify inclusion.
