Healing Touch fits a Salubri deck with Obeah that wants a flexible support action: it can unlock a younger vampire for another action or defense, keep a key ally alive, or rescue a vampire from torpor with built-in stealth. It is most attractive if your deck can use at least two of those modes regularly. If your main goal is taking more actions, **Freak Drive** is generally better when you have Fortitude: it unlocks the acting vampire after an action rather than spending a separate action to unlock someone else. Healing Touch still earns a slot in an Obeah-heavy deck that values the rescue option, but I would treat it as a small utility inclusion, not a staple; in a deck built around only one of its effects, a more focused card is likely to serve you better.
